School Direct
Springcroft is part of the Stafford Primary School's Teaching Partnership — a group of primary schools across Stafford and the surrounding area training the next generation of teachers, in partnership with Staffordshire University.
School Direct is school-led teacher training: you're part of a school team from day one, supported by a class mentor and a professional mentor, alongside university-led study. You'll graduate with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), a PGCE, and up to 90 Master's-level credits — with placements in two contrasting schools plus visits to others in the partnership.
We recruit with a view to employing successful trainees within our partnership schools once qualified.
