Reception
Welcome to Reception — and what an exciting milestone this is! Starting school is one of the biggest adventures of your child's life, and we are absolutely delighted to be part of it. In Reception, we create a nurturing, playful and stimulating environment where every child feels safe, valued and ready to learn. Through a rich blend of child-led exploration and carefully planned activities, we lay the very foundations for a lifelong love of learning.

Publication: DfE parent information leaflets for all assessments in the academic year 2025 to 2026
Earlier this week, the DfE updated their parental informational leaflets which explain what parents need to know, what each assessment involves, when tests take place and how the results are shared and used for all the statutory assessments completed this academic year.
