The Headteacher and Governors at Springcroft Primary School are seeking an enthusiastic and creative teaching assistant to join our talented and committed team from Spring Term 2 2023. The position will be in our Reception class initially, therefore, we are seeking a candidate who has experience of working in Early Years to guide and support our fabulous children at the beginning of their learning journey. The successful candidate will share our values and has the right vision and ethos to help lead our happy, high achieving and oversubscribed primary school.

About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative teaching assistant to join our talented and committed team from Spring Term 2 2023. The position will be in our Reception class initially, therefore, we are seeking a candidate who has experience of working in Early Years to guide and support our fabulous children at the beginning of their learning journey.
Our children, aged between 4 and 11 years of age, bring a wonderful amount of energy and enthusiasm to our school. They are bright, confident, eager to learn and happy. We are inclusive and we strive to ensure that every child feels happy, valued and safe. We believe that through expert teaching and support all children can achieve to a very high standard.
